  • Guiding during setting up and implementation for certification of the VCA** and ISO 9001:2000 Quality System.
  • "Schweißaufsichtperson" for the "Großer Eignungsnachweis" certification as per DIN18800-7.
  • Setting up Testing Sequence- and Welding Plans and guiding quality engineers, Project purchasing of Quality Materials, creating Manufacturing Data Books, Quality Manuals
    • and other Quality Reports.
  • Preparing the required materials based on workshop drawings, codes, incl. PED and /or client specifications, the writing of technical and commercial specifications.
  • Guiding, expediting and inspection of sub-ordered manufacturing
  • Purchasing and / or desk/field expeditingand Final Inspection of spares at sub-supplier and in own workshop before shipping to clients of a.m. goods, including services as subcontracting manufacturing of equipment, heat treatment and external surface treatment. Sourcing alternate suppliers.
  • Writing-out technical and commercial purchase-and material requisitions based on workshopdrawings, taking into account the codes and established other standards.
  • Guiding Projects management/co-ordination, including reporting to clients, MPR's and control of the project budget.
  • Project Manager for Service Department, incl. all activities from quoting till execution of the project, sometimes not only supplying of the spares, but even the field execution. This involved co-ordination with Design. Purchase and the Service Team at Site. The writing with client were part of the responsibility.
  • Co-ordination sea /air shipments, incl. monitoring L/C requirements, packing lists, invoices, certificates of origin and export documents.
